· Approval & Booking: Submission of the form does not guarantee approval. The event is not confirmed until written approval is provided by Mall Management. Mall Management may approve, decline, relocate, modify, or cancel an event where reasonably necessary.
· Event Layout/Floor plan: Organizers must communicate the event layout or floor plan to Mall Management for approval prior to the event.
· Approved Area & Times: Organizers may only use the approved area and follow the approved times.
· Permits & Licences: Organizers are responsible for obtaining any permits, licences, inspections, or approvals required for their activities.
· Insurance: Organizers must obtain Event Insurance or Commercial General Liability Insurance with coverage of at least $2 million. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to the event.
· Damage to Property: Organizers are responsible for damage to mall property, landscaping, pavement, walls, floors, doors, fixtures, equipment, or tenant property caused by the event, its participants, volunteers, contractors, or vendors.
· Cleaning: The event area must be returned to its original condition immediately following the event. Organizers are responsible for providing their own garbage bins and must ensure that no garbage or debris is left behind after the event.
